Meet Your Instructor

My name is Aaron Hanson, and breathwork has transformed my life.

I Believe that our breath has the power to transform the world. When we each turn inward toward the innate wisdom of our breath there are revelations at hand. I am on a mission to deliver the means to understand that innate wisdom to as many humans as possible.

During a turbulent time in 2020—while pursuing a master's degree in Yoga and navigating intense personal challenges—I discovered the profound impact of breath practices.

Through consistent daily practice, I gained clarity, calm, and emotional balance, which helped me navigate stress and reconnect with purpose. This journey deepened my understanding of the connection between breath, well-being, and inner wisdom, laying the foundation for my life's work.

As a yoga scholar with a Master’s in Yoga from Loyola Marymount University, I’ve dedicated years to studying the ancient wisdom of Prāṇāyāma, integrating it with modern breathwork techniques.

My experience includes facilitating transformative breathwork ceremonies, classes, workshops, and one-on-one journeys, guiding individuals through profound spiritual and personal growth.

Additionally, I’ve served many as a spiritual coach, helping clients unlock their potential and create meaningful change in their lives.

Today, I continue to explore how breath shapes our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Rooted in ancient wisdom and supported by modern science, my approach empowers people from all walks of life to create lasting change through a consistent breathwork practice. Frequently Asked Questions

What sort of time commitment is needed?

The average time per day is 15 minutes.

The course is designed as a proggression of 30 short daily videos. Each week starts with a longer,20-30min, "teaching" video that teaches the science and mechanics then ends with a practice. The daily practice videos start very short at 3-5 minutes and build up to the last week 15-20 minutes long.

How long do I have access to the program & when does it start?

The course is yours forever. While it's great to go through the course in the 30 days it is completely fine to take a few days off and get back to it. I would reccomend not taking more than 1 day off at a time as these wonderful benefits come from consistent practice.

Can't I learn all of this on Youtube?

You could take the time to compile a lot of youtube videos for your learning and practice. That wouldn't give you the step by step progression starting at the very basics of breathing and building up in to more advanced techniques. The various techniques on youtube are for people of all varying levels and some are very much for beginers. Some are quite advanced and it is hard to know which one to try. My course allows you a step by step system to advance further.

What do I need to get started?

All you need is a place to practice. A chair, meditation cushion, yoga mat, or pillow are all acceptable ways to begin. You want to create a welcoming space that you have positive associations with so you stick to your habit. This will sometimes need to be your workspace and desk and that is okay to. It could also be as simple as a chair facing a wall. Practicing outside is ideal. Practicing in your car while it's parked is great too. (Some techniques are great during actual driving too)

Are there health considerations?

{YES!!} If you have a heart condition or high blood pressure, certain practices in this course may not be suitable. Specifically, the techniques in Weeks 3 and 4 are not recommended for individuals with these conditions. However, the slow breathing practices included earlier in the course may offer supportive benefits for heart health.
